Irish Rural Link CEO, Seamus Boland, has been appointed to the Just Transition Commission by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications.
The Commission will have a key role in advising and supporting the government to ensure that the move to a climate neutral economy is fair and benefits everyone. Seamus will bring a rural voice to the Commission and ensure that rural communities and households on low income, impacted by the cost of living will be included and be part of the transition to low carbon society.
